recovering but went from an alert woman to a sad, bruised and neglected shell of her former self. .
she doesnt even know im in the room with her! The staff was rough and didnt thoroughly clean her so
she has a uti now plus a large split between her cheeks. keep your loved one out of this place of
neglect and abuse!
