I have visted this home before and on the outside it looks and feels like a very nice place. When
inside though the tune changed. It smelled like some of the residents aren't being cleaned and all
the nurses were just standing around talking. While there I also noticed the aids doing the same
thing and witnesses the supervisor of activities have a screaming match with one of her poor
employees. The interior is nice but doesn't make up for the lack of caring personal. I took the time
to speak to one of the employees that works there and was told that the cnas don't change residents
when prompted and that thw employees are like a bunch of highschool girls even up to the supervisors
and/or managers. They caase scenes in front of the residents. Like they say can't judge a book by
its cover, and this one has a terrible ending.
