Patients rights are violated on a regular basis. Complaints made by residents against other
residents is rampant. The accused patient is denied the opportunity to express their side of the
story. The Social Worker becomes judge, jury, and executioner. There is no appeals process for the
accused nor is their any arbitration offered over the matter.

Dementia patients are left roaming the halls all hours of the night going in and out of other
patients rooms. A few aids verbally said in front of me while I was visiting a friend, "How
much they hate working there and that their jobs didn't pay for what they had to do, especially
Cleaning patients who messed themselves.
