My mother was here when she hurt her hip and leg. The facility didn't have her medicine correct,
even though she was transferred from St. Thomas hospital. I found out by accident that she wasn't
getting her insulin! My mother could have died because of their negligence.

The food is absolute slop, I took my moms food in to her the entire time she was there. The
"nursing" staff are lazy and unconcerned, and very slow to answer a call. I continually
asked to be informed when the doctor had seen my mother and updated on her treatment plan, but I
received no calls. I finally had to go to the nursing director myself. Just a horrible place, if
you care about your loved on, do NOT place them at Falls Village.
